David Herbert Lawrence

Male : Poet, Painter and novelist. Miner's son. Playwright. 1912 eloped with Frieda Weekley, the German wife of his former languages tutor. They married 1914. They travelled extensively and built a ranch at Taos in New Mexico. Died in Vence, south of France, of TB. Lawrence claimed that his work sprang as much from Frieda as it did from himself
